when necessary.\n\nMaintain existing Power Automate workflows and Python scripts, and assist in developing simple automation solutions.\n\nMaintain IT documentation and ensure smooth daily IT operations.\n\nJob RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.\n\n2–3 years of relevant IT support or system administration experience.\n\nGood knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365.\n\nFamiliar with computer hardware, troubleshooting and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi).\n\nBasic knowledge of Python scripting and Microsoft Power Automate.\n\nFamiliar with website hosting, DNS and SSL configuration.\n\nGood problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nAble to work independently and provide support to users with different technical needs.\n\nWorking ConditionsOffice-based position.\n\nOccasional after-hours support may be required for critical IT issues.\n\nMay require handling and moving IT
