Job ResponsibilitiesProvide daily IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office and printer issues. Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and user access. Set up, configure, maintain and troubleshoot company laptops, desktops and other IT equipment. Maintain IT asset records, software licences and equipment inventory. Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, network connectivity and file synchronisation issues. Monitor company website hosting, DNS, SSL certificates and coordinate with external service providers when necessary. Maintain existing Power Automate workflows and Python scripts, and assist in developing simple automation solutions. Maintain IT documentation and ensure smooth daily IT operations. Job RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant IT support or system administration experience. Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365. Familiar with computer hardware, troubleshooting and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi).
