Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Ops, Tech et Produit, et tu auras l'opportunité de contribuer à l'évolution de nos processus et à la satisfaction de nos clients.\nMissions\nTraiter les tickets entrants (hors réclamations) avec un objectif de première réponse ultra-rapide.\nApporter des solutions précises et personnalisées aux clients, en respectant la tonalité de marque Choose.\nTravailler en binôme avec les Operation Managers (OM) pour identifier les sujets récurrents et remonter les alertes logistiques.\nProfil recherché\n* **Expérience :** Une première expérience en Service Client, idéalement dans l'e-commerce.* **Hard Skills :** Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles (orthographe irréprochable), maîtrise des outils de ticketing et de communication (Slack).\n* **Soft Skills :** Empathie naturelle, rapidité d'exécution, esprit d'équipe et grand sens de l'organisation.\n* **Mindset :** \"Customer centric\", positif et capable de gérer un flux de demandes important sans perdre en qualité.
