Chorus’ platform currently powers transformative healthcare, biomedical research and community health projects across institutions and public health agencies nationwide. We believe every community should have world-class health technology so they can thrive.\nOur mission is to improve the lives of people and communities by democratizing technology development in health and research.\nAbout the Role\nThe Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for driving complex healthcare technology implementations from early discovery through go-live and stabilization. This role sits at the center of client delivery and is expected to bring structure, urgency, and clarity to work that often starts out ambiguous.\nYou will serve as the operational owner across assigned accounts, partnering closely with clients, Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Clinical Solutions, and SLT. Your job is to turn scope, client priorities, discovery outputs, and technical inputs into a clear delivery path that teams can execute against. That means owning the plan, surfacing risks early, driving decisions, and making sure the right people are engaged at the right moments.\nThis is not a passive project tracking role. A successful Delivery Manager at Chorus actively leads delivery forward by shaping requirements, coordinating discovery and design, ensuring backlog readiness, managing governance, and preparing teams and clients for launch. You will be expected to create momentum, reduce churn, and ensure delivery stays aligned to scope, quality, timeline, and client outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nClient & Account Ownership\nServe as the day-to-day delivery owner for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear visibility into priorities, status, risks, blockers, decisions, and next steps.\nOwn the operational rhythm of the account, including internal account team meetings, client delivery updates, RAID management, milestone tracking, and escalations.\nBuild trust with client stakeholders through clear communication, follow-through, and thoughtful expectation management.\nEnsure client commitments are tracked against scope, timeline, budget, and delivery capacity.\nDiscovery, Design & Requirements Leadership\nLead and coordinate discovery sessions with the appropriate Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Clinical, and client stakeholders.\nEnsure discovery produces usable outputs, including workflow decisions, process flows, business rules, requirements, open questions, and follow-up actions.\nPartner with Product and Design to move from client input to validated requirements, concepts, designs, and implementation-ready artifacts.\nIdentify gaps in workflows, requirements, edge cases, dependencies, data needs, and operational assumptions before work enters development.\nDrive documented alignment or written sign-off on key requirements and design decisions when needed.\nScope-to-Delivery Planning\nTranslate contractual scope, product requirements, and client priorities into a sequenced delivery plan.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, and leadership to validate feasibility, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery capacity.\nCreate and maintain delivery plans, milestone views, Gantt charts, delivery health updates, and executive-ready summaries as needed.\nProactively surface misalignment between contracted scope, sales commitments, product readiness, engineering capacity, and client expectations\nDelivery Governance & Execution\nEstablish and maintain strong governance across assigned accounts, including RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers, recurring cadences, and escalation paths.\nTrack delivery health across timeline, budget, scope, quality, dependencies, risks, and resource needs.\nIdentify risks and blockers early, assess impact, drive mitigation plans, and escalate with clear recommendations.\nEnsure internal teams understand what is being delivered, why it matters, what is blocked, and what decisions are needed.\nBacklog & Readiness Management\nPartner with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and Engineering teams to translate client-specific work into a healthy and prioritized backlog.\nSupport refinement of epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, test considerations, dependencies, and sequencing.\nEnsure tickets meet the agreed definition of ready before entering development.\nHelp prevent churn by identifying unclear requirements, missing decisions, or incomplete handoffs before sprint work begins.\nCross-Functional Coordination\n\nAlign the right contributors across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, QA, Clinical Solutions, Client Success, and leadership.\nFacilitate structured handoffs across discovery, design, build, testing, UAT, launch, and hypercare.\nDrive follow-through by clarifying ownership, documenting decisions, and ensuring next steps are visible and actionable.\nServe as the connective tissue between client needs, product direction, technical execution, and operational delivery.\n\nLaunch Readiness, UAT & Hypercare\n\nOwn delivery readiness for UAT, launch, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.\nCoordinate UAT planning, test scenarios, client validation, defect triage, launch checklists, training readiness, operational handoffs, and hypercare support.\nPartner with Product, QA, Engineering, and client teams to ensure issues are tracked, prioritized, resolved, and communicated clearly.\nDrive post-launch retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into future delivery practices.\n\nDelivery Standards & Continuous Improvement\n\nContribute to Chorus delivery playbooks, templates, operating rhythms, and standards.\nHelp standardize practices for discovery, requirements validation, backlog readiness, RAID management, executive reporting, UAT, launch, and hypercare.\nIdentify process gaps across the delivery lifecycle and help implement practical improvements that increase clarity, accountability, and consistency.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, implementation leadership, client delivery, or consulting within a technology, healthcare, public sector, or SaaS environment.\nProven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations from planning through launch.\nStrong ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving client needs.\nExperience translating scope, requirements, designs, and technical inputs into actionable delivery plans.\nDemonstrated ability to manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and executive-level delivery updates.\nStrong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to create clarity, manage expectations, and escalate risks thoughtfully.\nExperience working with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Data, and business stakeholders to move work from discovery through delivery.\nFamiliarity with agile delivery practices, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and associated tooling. i.e. Jira.\nStructured, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable bringing order to ambiguity.\nStrong judgment and ownership mindset, with the ability to identify what needs to happen next and drive it forward.\nBackground in user acceptance testing, go-live planning, training coordination, launch readiness, and hypercare delivery.\nNice to Have\nExperience working in public health, behavioral health, Medicaid, government technology, or healthcare delivery environments.\nUnderstanding of healthcare workflows, care coordination, referrals, assessments, case management, crisis response, EHRs, interoperability, or data migration concepts.\nExperience supporting enterprise or public-sector clients with complex governance structures and multiple stakeholder groups.\nExperience with contract-to-scope mapping, implementation planning, resource forecasting, budget tracking, or utilization management.\nAbility to create executive-ready delivery summaries, portfolio views, dashboards, and operational health reports.\nExperience improving delivery operations, creating playbooks, or standardizing delivery processes across multiple accounts or teams.\nWhy Join Us?\nA mission-driven company - be part of a team that is helping to improve people’s lives by democratizing technology development in
