We are looking for an exceptional Microsoft 365 specialist with extensive hands-on experience in enterprise migrations, Modern Workplace solutions, Microsoft infrastructure and technical leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering complex Microsoft 365 solutions, including tenant-to-tenant migrations, Exchange Online, hybrid environments, identity management and cloud transformation projects. Microsoft 365 expertise is the primary requirement. Azure experience is advantageous but secondary. This is a hands-on technical leadership position, not a purely managerial role.
