From Operations and Finance to Product and Growth, you'll ensure teams have access to reliable, timely, and actionable data that helps them make better decisions.\nThis role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership. You'll define standards, shape our data architecture, and work closely with stakeholders across the company to solve complex business problems through data.\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can balance long-term technical thinking with practical execution.\nIn this role, you'll be required to:\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows that support business-critical operations.\nOwn and evolve Chowdeck's data warehouse architecture and data models.\nEstablish best practices for data engineering, data quality, observability, and governance.\nBuild systems that enable self-service reporting and analytics across teams.\nDevelop monitoring and validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Growth teams to understand and prioritize data requirements.\nImprove the accessibility, discoverability, and documentation of datasets across the organization.\nOptimize data infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.\nSupport forecasting, experimentation, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives.\nLead technical decisions relating to data infrastructure, tooling, and architecture.\nMentor and support other engineers working on data-related projects.\nDrive continuous improvements to the company's overall data maturity and capabilities.\nYou're perfect for the role if you:\nHave significant experience designing and maintaining modern data platforms and pipelines.\nAre highly proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python.\nHave experience building and managing cloud-based data infrastructure and data warehouses.\nCan design scalable data models that support both operational and analytical use cases.\nHave a strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and security principles.\nCan translate business problems into practical data solutions.\nCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nHave experience leading projects and influencing technical decisions across teams.\nAre highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity.\nCare deeply about reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.\nBeyond the paycheck, Chowdeck employees get:\nFull medical coverage\nSmart, kind colleagues invested in your growth\nHousing Assistance\nTransport Assistance\nLunch allowance\nChowdeck is an equal-opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
