We deliver food, medicine, groceries and other packages seamlessly while providing customers with a platform to order from their favourite vendors.\nAt Chowdeck, we deeply value growth, excellence, speed, and empathy. Our team is a tight-knit group of creative problem solvers who are smart, kind, and committed to helping each other grow.\nWhere you come in\nWe’re looking for an exceptional candidate to join our strategy and operations team as an Operations Associate. This role is the engine room of the zone. Operations Associates make sure vendors, riders, and agents are set up for success every day. You’ll handle the bulk of operational tasks, data checks, and system follow-ups that keep everything running smoothly.\nThis is not a 9-to-5 role. It’s fast-paced, demanding, and will often require varying hours and shifts. But if you’re ambitious, competitive, and hungry to prove yourself, this is an opportunity to launch your career in tech and operations at scale, learning directly from experienced operators and building the foundation to grow into future leadership roles.\nIn this role you'll be required to:\nAct as the first line of response for requests in your assigned zone, routing issues to the right owners when needed.\nMonitor dashboards and communication channels to quickly identify, prioritize and respond to operational issues in your assigned zone.\nSupport the operational readiness and performance of riders, vendors and agents through onboarding, training, scheduling and routine checks.\nManage order exceptions and escalations to ensure timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.\nHandle routine operational queries and issues, escalating sensitive or priority matters to the Assistant Zonal Manager.\nCoordinate operational resources and assets in partnership with zonal leadership.\nWork closely with the Assistant Zonal Manager to bring up improvement opportunities and support their implementation\nYou’re perfect for the Operations Associate role if you:\nGraduated with a 1st class or 2:1 from a reputable university.\nAre hungry, competitive, and willing to put in the long hours needed to succeed in a high-growth startup.\nHave strong problem-solving skills and can think quickly on your feet.\nAre highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.\nCommunicate clearly and confidently, whether with teammates, agents, riders, or vendors.\nHave a great attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience to keep going when things get tough.\nWe'll be extra impressed if you:\nHave a track record of excellence beyond academics\nHave prior exposure to startup environments.\nBeyond the paycheck, Chowdeck employees get:\nFull medical coverage\nMacBook for your work\nSmart, kind colleagues invested in your growth\nOpportunities for rapid career progression\nHousing Assistance\nLunch
