To be responsible for development, testing, \nimplementation, and management of processes relating to CHR’s EHR systems(s) and performing routine \napplication updates. To provide continued improvements to the established processes, providing analysis \nto CHR management/leadership, as well as facilitating scheduled report processing and communicating \nthe results to a varied audience. To author and update training materials, to continuously improve training \ndelivery. \nBy:\nCommunicating across the organization with users of various technical skills levels, effectively executing application use and training.\nHaving the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to build and deliver results in a timely and accurate manner.\nSupporting CHR users in utilization of all computer software functionality.\nTraining users on CHR’s Electronic Health Record application(s); maintaining and updating training materials, and use of leading-edge training methodologies including written, computer-based training, and video media.\nManaging system down time, through system tools, to a bare minimum\nPerforming a variety of tasks related to data manipulation and verification within a software program or a database.\nAssisting in table building tasks within a software program and database.\nAssisting in analyzing business requirements and coordinating with users for effective utilization of the software programs.\nTaking support calls and manage ticket requests from various users, related to accessing and troubleshooting the software programs.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCreate and maintain all levels of technical and process documentation. \nAnalyze business requirements/functions. \nCoordinate with users for effective utilization of the software programs. \nCompiles and produces reports and statistical information using SQL queries and report-writing software for verification of data. \nTroubleshoot problems with SQL queries, EHR functionality, report writing tools and other software applications. \nCoordinate & communicate system modifications. \nCodify requirements from users for building and maintaining data. \nAssist in ensuring data integrity and meeting compliance requirements. \nMaintain documentation in compliance with agency and program standards. \nParticipate in staff meetings, supervision, training, and other meetings as assigned. \nAdditional duties as required.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation: BS preferred.\nExperience: Minimum 2 years’ experience directly related to the database duties and other responsibilities specified. - Minimum 2 years’ experience working with, supporting, or administering Electronic Health Record \nsystems - Experience in data collection and analysis - Strong experience understanding data structures and analyzing data from a business perspective - Experience in creating technical documentation and diagrams including entity relationship diagrams - Experience training groups of individuals\nWhy Join CHR?\nBe part of an exciting, supportive, and dynamic workplace where your growth and well-being are our top priorities!\n Comprehensive benefits packages include health insurance, ample paid time off (including your birthday!), employer contributions to your 403b Retirement Plan, and competitive insurance premiums with added discounts on pet, home and auto!\nTuition reimbursement and professional development programs, including exclusive tuition discounts for CHR employees at several local colleges/universities\nCareer development opportunities!
