The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nTechnicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests \nContinuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles\nComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections\nWork as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively\nFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization\nWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate guest concerns \nWork together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results\n Qualifications:\nPositive attitude and a desire to serve customers\n3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic\nASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve\nCapable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles\nMeet or exceed hourly goals\nAptitude for learning additional skills and processes\nProfessional appearance and strong communication\nA desire for long-term career development\nPhysical Requirements:\nOccasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds\nBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head\nWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair\nHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools\nWalk/stand for the majority of their workday\nDrive manual transmissions vehicles\nEfficiently navigate a computer\n Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
