You will work directly from the service counters and shop floors-teaching, auditing, and streamlining workflows in real time\n\nFaith, Family, & Community EngagementBuild Local Partnerships: Act as our brand ambassador by building deep, meaningful relationships with local churches, ministries, and community organizations in Brandon, Riverview, and Apollo Beach.\nDrive Outreach Initiatives: Coordinate community-focused programs, such as free car care clinics for single mothers, partnerships with local non-profits, and neighborhood outreach events.\n\n Qualifications:\nAutomotive Retail Experience Required: You must have a proven, successful track record in automotive repair management or automotive retail operations.\nThe Ideal Candidate: Previous management experience within a Christian Brothers Automotive location is highly preferred.
