YOUR MISSION

As a Senior IT Engineer, you are responsible for managing and administering our IT infrastructure across multiple locations and actively contribute to 2nd and 3rd level support. You analyze incidents in a structured manner, develop creative solutions, and ensure stable IT operations.

Your responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers, end-user devices, as well as network and firewall components. In addition, you support client management (Windows & Android), oversee backup solutions, and contribute to IT security measures.

Beyond system setup, updates, and ongoing maintenance, you handle troubleshooting and sustainable problem resolution, document support processes, and coordinate with external service providers when necessary.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support with strong analytical thinking skills
• Solid knowledge in the installation, administration, and maintenance of Windows servers
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure and networking
• Experience in client management (Windows & Android)
• In-depth knowledge in the field of IT security
• Familiarity with monitoring tools as well as support processes and workflows
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, etc.
• Nice to have: Project experience in the implementation or upgrade of ERP systems (e.g. from Microsoft Navision to Business Central)
• Very good German and English skills
