We are seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to ensure surgical instruments and equipment are cleaned, assembled, packaged, and sterilized to support patient safety and clinical excellence.\nThis role performs instrument processing in compliance with CBSPD, AAMI, and HSPA standards while following evidence-based practices and safety policies related to infection prevention and bloodborne pathogens. Individuals that were employed prior to requirements will be grandfathered.\nHourly Pay Range: $20.24 - $30.36This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
