A champion for standardizing and automating internal client-facing reports provided to Business Units. This includes developing reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations that help stakeholders make informed decisions based on accurate and timely data extracted from Workday and other HR systems. The Christiana Care Workday Report Analyst is responsible for: analysis/consulting/Report building/ scheduling /validation and support.\nPRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign value driven, analytics support for HR, by analyzing various HR metrics, and developing data-driven solutions to determine improvements.\nAccess and analyze external/publicly available datasets as needed.\nWorks with subject matter experts to understand the needs of data consumers.\nDesign, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and organizational data\nCreate data files for targeted recruitment campaigns and organizational communications.\nProvide ad-hoc data analysis that enables the organization to achieve its engagement, retention goals and create new strategies where necessary.\nContribute to the research of external benchmark information that enables the HR team to foresee future recruitment and engagement trends.\nReview peer reports for validity. Assess and maintain data and process integrity\nDevelop and maintain scorecards for use by HR, including analysis of human capital metrics, and predictive indicators of opportunities to improve the hiring and employee experience.\nContributes to driving data-driven decision-making throughout HR and in the organization Produce reports, dashboards and presentations to assist HR and senior leadership in making informed decisions.\nDemonstrate an understanding of nuances in the process and data while effectively relaying those to partners in a consultative manner to optimize recruitment & employee engagement programs.\nUnderstand and communicate the cost benefit relationship between sophistication and practicality.\nComplete projects from start to finish\nMINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or higher is preferred.\nExperience may be substituted for education.\n2+ years of experience in data analysis, and visualization. \nExperience in HR analytics, preferably in HR.\nExperience in data visualization design and development using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.\nWorkday experience is a must have for this role:2+ years of Workday report writing experience.\nCreating a wide range of Workday reports, including advanced, matrix, simple search, and complex composite reports, utilizing BIRT reporting tools and incorporating HCM, Finance, and Payroll data. \nDesigned and implemented unique Workday composite reports that combined data from several accounting and finance modules, resolving important reporting difficulties they are not viable.\n\nAnnual Compensation Range $81,078.40 - $129,750.40This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
