Colleagues across all departments are truly passionate about what they do and it is constantly inspiring to work with industry leaders across all segments of the business.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nWork with the Inventory Analyst to review and obtain information on aged inventory stored at various warehouse locations across NY and NJ.\nWork with the Post Sale to identify aged inventory ready for client outreach.\nRegular reporting, analysis of data and assistance in inventory reconciliations conducted by the Logistics team.\nSupport the Inventory Analyst in being the point of contact for miscellaneous BSG issues as they arise (new stock numbers, IT issues, retagging, not yet located flagging etc.)\nAssist with inventory reporting, reconciliations and ensuring property movements are reflected in systems as needed.\nCollaborate with the Logistics and Post Sale teams to identify and resolve issues and system discrepancies.\nResolving ad hoc inventory issues/requests (e.g., inventory questions from other regions, client inventory list requests, property system archive investigations, system activities to support transfer of property for select tours, etc.)\nHelp coordinate the process of moving inventory selected for transfer to clients or third parties, record details and report on progress of movement.\nAssist with the cleanse of bad data through collaboration with the Inventory Analyst\nOther projects and tasks as assigned by the Head of Logistics, Inventory Analyst and/or Logistics Managers\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team\nWillingness to work in warehouse environments through NY and NJ\nExcellent IT Skills (excel, word and PowerPoint).\nA willingness to learn and excel at Christie’s systems(e.g. Tableau and JDE)\nHigh degree of organization skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up promptly.\nStrong problem solving and information management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written presentation skills \nExcellent communication and people skills, including superior written and spoken communication.\nProven time/task management\nAbility to work professionally and responsibly with all other areas within the business.\n*Christie’s reserves the right to change company benefits at any time\nChristie’s, Inc. is committed to principles of equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws concerning employment discrimination, including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
