WeareseekingatalentedandorganizedTemporaryJuniorGraphicDesigner tojointheProposalsteam.Thisrolewillprovideessentialdesignandproductionsupportforhigh-valueproposals,presentations,andpitchmaterials.
The Junior Graphic Designer will assist with creating visual mock-ups, editing and scanning images, maintaining the team’s image library,andrefiningproposalsacrossAdobeInDesign,MicrosoftPowerPoint,andFigma.Theidealcandidatehasstrongtechnicalskills,meticulousattentiontodetail,andtheabilitytoproducepolishedworkwithinafast-paced,deadline-drivenenvironment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Assistwiththecreationofvisualmock-upsforproposals,presentations,andotherpitchmaterials.
Edit,retouch,resize,crop,color-correct,andprepareimagesforprintanddigitaluse.
Scanartworkimagesandsupportingmaterials,ensuringfilesareaccuratelycaptured,labeled,andorganized.
Helpmaintainandorganizetheteam’simagelibrary,includingsourcing,filing,tagging,andarchivingvisualassets.
Format,refine,andcleanupproposalsinAdobeInDesign,ensuringconsistencyacrosstypography,imagery,spacing,andlayout.
SupporttheproductionandformattingofpresentationsinMicrosoftPowerPointandFigma.
Updateexistingtemplatesandadaptlayoutsforindividualclients,collections,andbusinessopportunities.
Incorporatedesigneditsandstakeholderfeedbackaccuratelyandefficiently.
Conduct detailed quality-controlcheckstoensureallmaterialsarevisuallyconsistent,accurate,andpresentation-ready.
Prepareandpackagefinalfilesforprinting,digitaldistribution,andinternalreview.
Maintainorganizedprojectfiles,templates,anddesignassets.
ProvidegeneraldesignandproductionsupporttotheProposalsteamasneeded.
What you’ll bringto the team
Bachelor’sdegreeingraphicdesign,visualcommunication,orarelatedfield.
Strongportfoliodemonstratingproficiencyintypography,layout,imageediting,andpresentationdesign.
ProficiencyinAdobeCreativeSuite,particularlyInDesign,Photoshop,andIllustrator.
StrongworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftPowerPointandFigma.
Experiencewithimagescanning,retouching,filepreparation,anddigitalassetorganization.
Exceptionalattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoaccuracy.
Strongorganizationalandtime-managementskills.
Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandshiftingprioritiesundertightdeadlines.
Collaborative,responsive,andcomfortableincorporatingfeedbackfrommultiplestakeholders.
Aninterestinart,design,luxury,orcultureispreferred.
