The Christman Company is looking for a lead Project Scheduler in the Oklahoma City region.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAs Project Scheduler, your primarydaily responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:\nAssisting with the development and implementation of acceptable planning and scheduling techniques and methods.\n\nWorking daily with the project team efforts toward the development of the project plan and translating that project plan into the project schedule.\n\nLeading development and analysis of project schedules, CPM software implementation, time impact and delay analysis, and review of periodic schedule updates.\n\nDevelop the preparation of project time and cost claims.\n\nAt the completion of the project, assists in developing and recording the project's historical schedule information and \"lessons learned\", for use on future enterprise projects.\n\nDemonstrates strong leadership/team-building skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.\n\nMaintains a high level of technical expertise through continuing education programs and participation in schedule related professional activities.\n\nAdvance their professionalism by participating in and advancing professional organizations dedicated to professional planning and scheduling.\n\nAbility to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor and appearance at all times and perform well under project constraints and deadlines.\n\nStrong computer skills with P6, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project). Willingness to test and implement new technologies as they become available.\n\nWhat You Will Bring to the Team:\nRequired experience, knowledge, and skills for this role include:\nBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.\n\nFive (5) years of experience in the construction industry required in a project management or project planning role.\n\nExperience with advanced schedule tooling and analytics, Knowledge of pull planning, and Earned Value Management.\n\nExperience with MS Excel, MS Project, and/or Primavera P6.\n\nExperience in preconstruction planning and schedule optimization, portfolio analytics and reporting.\n\nHave the passion and commitment to building strong partnerships to support project goals.\n\nCommunication, organization, and analytical skills in this highly collaborative and strategic role.\n\nThe Christman family of companies is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to diversity.
