It is a varied position combining audits, quality investigations, supplier quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat will you do?\nAs a Quality Assurance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:\nMaintain and continuously improve the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), company procedures, and quality documentation.\nPrepare, plan, coordinate, and support internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.\nParticipate in audits and support departments throughout the audit process.\nCoordinate and follow up on audit findings and non-conformities, ensuring corrective actions are effectively implemented.\nSupport supplier qualification, approval, and performance monitoring activities.\nProvide quality support to operational departments and assist in resolving quality-related issues.\nLead and coordinate internal and customer quality escape investigations, including Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities.\nMaintain professional communication with customers, partners, and suppliers regarding quality matters.\nSupport hazard identification, risk assessments, and risk management activities.\nContribute to the development and delivery of Safety & Quality training.\nSupport and monitor change management activities to ensure compliance and effective risk mitigation.\nPromote a culture of quality, compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the organization.\n\nWhat do you bring?\nWe are looking for someone who is not only focused on maintaining quality standards, but also motivated to continuously improve them.\nYou have:\nA Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, manufacturing, aerospace, MRO, or another highly regulated industry.\nExperience with internal and external audits.\nKnowledge of Quality Management Systems and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills.\nThe ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.\n\nNice to have\nIt would be an advantage if you have experience with:\nAerospace or aviation maintenance environments.\nEASA Part-145, FAA regulations, AS9100, or equivalent quality standards.\nSupplier Quality Management.\nPerforming audits or holding an auditor qualification.\nRisk management and change management processes.\n\nWho are you?\nYou are analytical and detail-oriented while maintaining a practical and collaborative approach.
