What you do here has real-world impact—every day.\n\nShift: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday 2:30p-11:00p\nShift Differential:\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nPerform in-process inspections to verify products meet engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements.\nConduct receiving, production, and shipping inspections as required.\nUtilize precision measuring and inspection equipment to evaluate product conformity.\nInterpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, sampling plans, and quality standards.\nIdentify, document, and communicate nonconformances and support corrective actions.\nVerify required manufacturing, assembly, and inspection steps have been completed before work advances to the next operation.\nEnsure parts, assemblies, and documentation are accurately identified, tagged, and routed.\nMaintain inspection records, travelers, routers, and quality documentation to support traceability.\nConfirm inspection and measurement equipment is properly calibrated and suitable for use.\nCollaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues and support efficient workflow.\nRecommend improvements to quality standards, inspection methods, and production processes.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.\n1+ years Aviation, manufacturing, or quality inspection experience.\n1+ years years of dimensional and visual inspection experience on aviation-related equipment, components, or assemblies.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation.\nProficiency using precision measuring and inspection equipment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheet management.\nAbility to accurately document, evaluate, and communicate inspection results.\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nNice to Have\nAssociate degree in an aviation-related field.\nFAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.\nAerospace manufacturing or repair station experience.\nKnowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.\nExperience supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork is performed in a manufacturing and inspection environment with frequent interaction between production and quality teams.\nRegular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and movement throughout the facility.\nFrequent use of precision measuring instruments, inspection tools, and computer systems.\nRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as designated for specific work areas.\nAbility to safely lift, move, and handle materials and components as needed.\nMust be able to visually inspect parts and maintain focus while evaluating product quality and
