world.\n\nLocation: Windsor, CT\nSchedule: On-site\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport automation projects involving robotics, CNC equipment, and other manufacturing technologies\nIdentify opportunities to improve safety, ergonomics, process consistency, and productivity through automation\nAssist with robot programming, equipment setup, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements\nWork directly with operators and manufacturing teams to understand process challenges and develop practical solutions\nSupport the integration of automation, sensors, controls, tooling, fixtures, guarding, and other equipment into existing manufacturing processes\nAssist with equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and production readiness\nPartner with Engineering and Maintenance to troubleshoot automation and equipment issues\nSupport machine safety improvements, including guarding, interlocks, and controls\nMaintain project documentation, equipment change records, and work instructions\nCoordinate with equipment suppliers and integrators as needed\nSupport additional Production Engineering and continuous improvement projects\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field\nEntry-level or early-career engineering experience\nBasic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical controls, robotics, automation, or manufacturing equipment\nInterest in robotics, automation, CNC equipment, and manufacturing\nHands-on approach with a willingness to work directly with equipment on the manufacturing floor\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, fumes, dust, and varying temperatures.\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving throughout production areas.\nAbility to perform hands-on troubleshooting and equipment inspections in an active manufacturing environment.\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.\nAbility to work around automated equipment, robots, CNC machines, and industrial systems while following established safety procedures.\nRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety
