Whether you're improving processes, supporting operations, solving technical challenges, or driving business performance, your contributions help keep aircraft flying safely around the world.\n\nLocation: Carson City, Nevada \nSchedule: On-site \n\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive process capability and maturity for APS coatings, optimizing production and product designs through lean problem-solving with measurable KPI impact.\nDevelop new APS programs — including robotic programming (FANUC preferred), tooling, and qualification.\nLead equipment upgrade and continuous improvement projects end-to-end\nOwn assigned components and processes from concept through manufacturing; troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and monitor sustainability.\nCollaborate cross-functionally on designs and repairs that meet cost, performance, and durability targets.\nPrepare technical reports, specs, and procedures; present to internal and external audiences and mentor less experienced staff.
