What you do here has real-world impact—every day.\n\nShift: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAssemble, wire, and integrate automated manufacturing cells and equipment\nBuild electrical panels, install field wiring, sensors, safety devices, and control components\nSupport Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), equipment debugging, validation, and documentation\nConfigure, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and HMI systems\nInterpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and bills of material\nFabricate machine frames, guarding, fixtures, brackets, equipment stands, and tooling\nPerform cutting, drilling, tapping, grinding, fitting, welding, and mechanical assembly activities\nInstall robots, pneumatic systems, process equipment, and peripheral automation hardware\nTroubleshoot electrical, controls, and mechanical issues during build and commissioning\nSupport equipment installation, startup, and commissioning at Chromalloy sites\nPerform routine maintenance and replacement of automation components and field devices\nAssist with continuous improvement initiatives that improve reliability, standardization, and equipment performance\nMaintain a safe, organized work area and follow all safety and quality standards\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nAssociate degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered\n3+ years of experience supporting industrial automation, manufacturing equipment, machine building, or related fabrication and assembly work\nExperience troubleshooting electrical, controls, and mechanical systems\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and engineering documentation\nExperience with electrical panel assembly, wiring, sensors, interlocks, and automation hardware\nHands-on fabrication experience including welding, drilling, grinding, fitting, fastening, and equipment assembly\nAbility to safely use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment\nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities\nWillingness to travel periodically to support automation deployments and commissioning activities\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Allen-Bradley Studio 5000 PLC programming and troubleshooting\nExperience with Allen-Bradley FactoryTalk View HMI development and configuration\nExperience supporting robotic work cells or advanced manufacturing automation\nKnowledge of pneumatics, rigging, machine guarding, and industrial equipment installation\nFamiliarity with industrial safety systems and manufacturing standards\nExperience working in cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications\nPython or other programming language experience\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork is performed in manufacturing, laboratory, shop, and industrial environments\nExposure to moderate noise levels and manufacturing equipment\nFrequent use of hands and fingers to assemble, install, inspect, and
