CNC Operator 3rd shift - Machining Blade Manufacturing

We're looking for a CNC Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll set up, program, and operate CNC and conventional machines used to manufacture critical aerospace components. Shift: 3rd, Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:00 PM-6:30 PM Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdaysSign-On Bonus: $1,000

What You'll Do:

Program, set up, and operate CNC and conventional machines

Load and edit machine programs as needed

Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials

Produce parts to engineering and production specifications

Inspect and measure parts using precision measuring tools

Perform minor part modifications and finishing work

Follow assembly, production, and quality requirements

Utilize computerized production tracking systems

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience preferred

Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment

Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications

Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
