world.\n\nLocation: Oldsmar, FLTravel: Occasional travel to Chromalloy sites, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers as needed.Schedule: On-site\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead facility and infrastructure capital projects from concept development through startup, commissioning, and operational handoff.\nDevelop project scopes, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans to support capital investment initiatives.\nManage project execution to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and EHS.\nOversee contractors, vendors, and consultants throughout all phases of project execution.\nDrive facility reliability and continuous improvement initiatives that increase uptime and operational efficiency.\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project outcomes.\nDevelop capital project justifications, business cases, and executive-level project updates for leadership review.\nSupport procurement activities including bid evaluations, technical specifications, contractor negotiations, and purchase requisitions.\nEnsure successful startup and integration of new facility systems, utilities, and production support equipment.\nCollaborate with site leadership to identify and prioritize future capital improvement opportunities.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will also be considered.\n8+ years of experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, foundry, or heavy production environment.\nProven experience managing capital budgets, schedules, contractors, and project execution activities.\nStrong knowledge of industrial facility systems such as HVAC, chilled water, cooling towers, compressed air, specialty gases, dehumidification systems, and utility distribution infrastructure.\nExperience managing multi-disciplinary contractors and external vendors in active manufacturing environments.\nAbility to develop project schedules, cost forecasts, capital budgets, and resource plans.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and change management practices.\nExperience developing technical scopes of work, specifications, and capital expenditure requests.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.\nAbility to effectively present project plans, business cases, and updates to senior leadership.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with heat treat, vacuum furnace, or other industrial thermal processing systems.\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification.\nExperience supporting facility expansions, modernization initiatives, brownfield projects, or large-scale capital programs.\nExperience with commissioning and startup of facility infrastructure and production equipment.\nAerospace manufacturing industry experience.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork is performed in both office and manufacturing environments.\nRegular presence on the production floor and active project sites is required.\nMust be able to walk, stand, climb stairs, and move throughout manufacturing and construction areas.\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.\nMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety
