What you do here has real-world impact—every day.\n\nShift: 4th shift, Friday – Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. \nShift Differential: $3.00\n\nTraining: New hires are required to attend New Hire Orientation (Monday, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.) and first-week training (Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.). Additional training outside the assigned shift schedule may be required based on business needs or availability. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to their assigned shift.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nPerform core finishing operations, including die line removal, tie bar removal, flash removal, and repairs.\nPrepare cores for wax injection.\nComplete Level III visual quality inspections to identify product defects.\nOperate machinery, tooling, and equipment safely and efficiently.\nFollow process documentation, safety standards, and 6S expectations.\nInspect products and processes to help ensure quality and performance.\nRecord information accurately and communicate issues or concerns clearly.\nWork as part of a team to support production, quality, and safety goals.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.\nAbility to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions.\n3+ months of manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or related experience preferred.\nPrior aerospace, manufacturing, or precision assembly experience preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.\nGood hand dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work safely, follow procedures, and work effectively in a team environment.\nCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nManufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment, moderate noise, and occasional fumes or airborne particles. \nRegular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and use of hands for detailed assembly and inspection work. \nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. \nClose vision, depth perception, and color recognition required for defect identification.\nRequired to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety glasses, hand protection, and safety-toed
