Our HR team is actively supporting employee development, talent management, and organizational growth through initiatives such as the Talent Engine and career development programs. \nYour Internship Assignmen\nAs an HR Intern, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the Job Architecture for Chromalloy Holland. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizational design, job classification, workforce planning, and HR strategy. You will work closely with HR, managers, and employees throughout the organization to map, analyze, and structure all functions within the company\n\nYour Responsibilities\nConduct interviews with managers and employees to understand current roles and responsibilities.\nAnalyze existing job descriptions and organizational structures.\nCreate and document job profiles and competency frameworks.\nDevelop job families, career paths, and job levels.\nSupport the standardization and maintenance of job descriptions.\nBenchmark roles against market standards and HR best practices. \nPresent recommendations to management and HR stakeholders.\nContribute to talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Sciences, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.\nComfortable interviewing stakeholders at different organizational levels.\nProactive, independent, and eager to learn.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).\nWhat We Offer\nA challenging internship with a meaningful business impact.\nOwnership of a strategic HR project from start to finish.\nExposure to HR processes, organizational development, and talent management.\nProfessional coaching and support from experienced HR professionals.\nValuable experience within an international and dynamic manufacturing environment.\nOpportunity to build a strong professional network.\nWhy This Internship?\nThis is not a standard HR internship.
