What you do here has real-world impact—every day.\n\nShift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday 6:00a-2:30p\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDevelop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production priorities.\nAdjust schedules to accommodate changing customer demand, resource availability, and production constraints.\nMonitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to support production requirements.\nPartner with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials needed to meet production schedules.\nCollaborate with operations, engineering, and other functional teams to align production plans with business objectives.\nCommunicate production status, schedule changes, and potential issues to key stakeholders.\nAnalyze production capacity and resource utilization to support efficient operations and on-time delivery.\nIdentify bottlenecks and work with operations teams to implement effective solutions.\nUtilize ERP systems, Power BI, and other planning tools to analyze production data and performance metrics.\nPrepare reports and provide recommendations based on production and inventory data analysis.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production planning processes.\nMaintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.\nProvide support and training on production planning tools, systems, and processes.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n3+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or a related environment.\nExperience in aerospace, energy, or similar industries involved in the manufacture and/or repair of highly engineered products.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems, Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.\n\nNice to Have\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\nAPICS CPIM, CSCP, or other production and inventory management certifications.\nStrong project management experience.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork is performed primarily within a manufacturing environment, with some time spent in an office setting.\nRegular interaction with production, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.\nFrequent use of ERP systems, planning software, and data analysis tools.\nOccasional overtime may be required to support production schedules and customer delivery
