PMShift Differential: $1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays\nSign-On Bonus: $1,000\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSet up and operate CNC machining equipment, including CNC machining centers, grinders, lasers, and EDM equipment.\nMonitor machine performance and make program edits or setup adjustments as needed.\nRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and process documentation.\nUtilize precision measuring equipment to inspect parts and verify conformance to specifications.\nTroubleshoot machining and quality issues and support corrective actions.\nPerform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as required.\nSupport new program development, testing, and continuous improvement activities.\nPerform manual machining operations when needed.\nComplete production documentation and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nSupport departmental production, quality, and safety objectives.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.\n1+ years of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or related experience preferred.\nAbility to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.\nExperience operating and setting up CNC machining centers, grinders, lasers, EDM equipment, or similar machinery.\nProficiency using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.\nStrong math, computer, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work safely and effectively in a team environment.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with aerospace manufacturing or precision machining. \nExperience with CNC programming, process development, or R&D activities. \nExperience with manual machining equipment. \nKnowledge of preventative maintenance practices and continuous improvement principles.\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nManufacturing environment with exposure to machining equipment and industrial production activities.\nFrequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and use of hands for machine operation and inspection activities.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.\nClose vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment required.\nRequired to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety
