What you do here has real-world impact—every day.\n\nShift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday 7:00a-3:00p\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electronic, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.\nMaintain and support EBPVD (Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition) coating equipment and associated high-vacuum systems.\nPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and production uptime.\nTroubleshoot PLCs, CNC controls, motor controls, VFDs, power supplies, relay logic, sensors, and HMI interfaces.\nRepair and maintain vacuum pumps, electron beam systems, cooling systems, and other process equipment.\nInstall, test, calibrate, and commission equipment to manufacturer specifications.\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering drawings.\nDocument maintenance activities, repairs, calibration results, and equipment history.\nSupport root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance.\nCollaborate with production, engineering, and vendor service representatives to resolve equipment issues.\nAssist with facility and production equipment maintenance as needed.\nParticipate in on-call rotations, overtime, and occasional weekend support based on business needs.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.\nAbility to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation.\n3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, electronics, electrical systems, or manufacturing equipment repair.\nAbility to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.\nExperience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.\nWorking knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, industrial controls, and instrumentation.\nExperience documenting maintenance activities and performing preventive maintenance.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n\nNice to Have\nAssociate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.\nExperience maintaining EBPVD, vacuum deposition, thermal coating, semiconductor, or other high-vacuum manufacturing equipment.\nExperience with SCADA systems, robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing technologies.\nKnowledge of vacuum technology, leak testing, and high-voltage systems.\nCalibration experience and familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance practices.\nForklift experience or willingness to complete company-provided training.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork in a manufacturing environment around production equipment, moving machinery, elevated temperatures, and industrial processes.\nClimb stairs, ladders, and elevated work platforms as part of regular job duties.\nLift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.\nPerform repetitive tasks requiring hand and finger dexterity, including using hand and power tools.\nMay be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed footwear, respiratory protection, and other safety equipment.\nMay occasionally work in confined spaces and elevated work areas.\nExposure to electrical, mechanical, and vacuum-system hazards in a controlled manufacturing
