world.\n\nLocation: Carson City, NV\nSchedule: On-site \nWhat You'll Be Doing\n• Document production processes, work instructions, equipment capabilities and capacity, and value stream maps.\n• Monitor manufacturing KPIs, help develop meaningful measures, and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance.\n• Use Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods to optimize products and processes with measurable business impact.\n• Support ERP implementation and ongoing use across manufacturing operations.\n• Partner with engineering, quality, and production teams on process improvements, new product introduction, component designs, repairs, and production priorities.\n• Troubleshoot production issues and help identify, develop, and implement sustainable tooling and equipment improvements.\n• Support technical decisions for assigned product and process work while balancing technical, budget, and schedule requirements.\n• Prepare clear technical reports, specifications, procedures, manuals, and presentations for internal and external customers.\n• Work in laboratory and field environments, with occasional travel as needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\n• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or a related Engineering discipline.\n• 3+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing role.\n• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement tools, and structured problem-solving methods.\n• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.\n• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD modeling.\n• Understanding of dimensional measurement methods such as CMM, white-light or laser scanning, and gaging.\n• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.\nNice to Have\n• Experience with NX CAD software.\n• Knowledge of FAA guidelines related to PMA, RS-DER requirements, and compliance testing.\n• Familiarity with project or program management tools.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nWork in a production floor environment with ventilation, climate control, moderate lighting, and moderate noise.\nUse finger dexterity to type, adjust, move, handle, operate, install, attach, remove, apply, grasp, manipulate, and measure.\nOccasionally move, transport, rotate, reach, pull, twist, adjust position, push, stoop, bend, and crouch.\nLift up to 40
