world.\n\nLocation: Hybrid – US locations\nTravel: Less than 20%\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign, build, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs using ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and Kendo UI.\nTurn AI-generated prototypes and UI designs into production-ready solutions that meet enterprise standards for architecture, security, data access, testing, and maintainability.\nUse AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong code quality and review standards.\nSupport and enhance existing applications, including manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other business-critical applications supporting a 24/7 manufacturing environment.\nProvide production support, including occasional after-hours support, to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.\nOwn technical design decisions for assigned applications, including architecture, data models, and integration approaches.\nLead code reviews, mentor less experienced developers, and help strengthen development standards, patterns, and practices.\nPartner with users, business analysts, database administrators, system administrators, and other stakeholders to define requirements and resolve technical and operational challenges.\nServe as a technical subject matter expert for assigned applications and workflows.\nParticipate in agile project planning and delivery, including estimates, sequencing, project status, service requests, and backlog management.\nStay current with .NET, front-end, and AI-assisted development technologies and apply new capabilities where they fit the environment.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n10+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated growth in technical depth, scope, and complexity.\nExperience developing with ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API on .NET 8+ and Entity Framework Core.\nMicrosoft SQL Server experience, including queries, stored procedures, and views.\nExperience designing normalized relational data models.\nStrong JavaScript skills.\nExperience with source control using Git and/or Azure DevOps.\nKnowledge of secure coding practices.\nExperience using modern development tools, including AI-assisted development.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with.NET 10 and EF Core 10.\nHands-on experience with Kendo UI, including jQuery or React.\nReact experience.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated unit testing.\nKnowledge of enterprise software architecture and design patterns.\nExperience deploying and hosting applications on IIS.\nSSIS and/or ETL experience.\nExperience with manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP platforms such as Epicor, or plant-floor
