world.\n\nLocation: Windsor, CT\nSchedule: On-site\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nProvide day-to-day engineering support for production operations, including troubleshooting, yield improvement, rework reduction, and disposition of non-conforming material.\nLead root cause investigations and corrective action activities to improve quality, performance, and process reliability.\nDrive production readiness and process capability for manufacturing equipment within assigned process areas.\nDesign, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, gauges, and process improvements that enhance productivity and quality.\nCreate and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, operating procedures, training materials, and quality records.\nSupport employee training on equipment operation, process controls, and best practices.\nPartner with maintenance teams to develop and improve preventive maintenance programs for critical production equipment.\nApply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.\nParticipate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a science-based discipline such as Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics.\n3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience supporting production processes, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and implementing process improvements.\nStrong problem-solving skills with experience conducting root cause and corrective action investigations.\nWorking knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Siemens NX or similar CAD platforms.\nAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams.\n\nNice to Have\nAerospace manufacturing, MRO, or gas turbine engine experience.\nExperience supporting special processes such as heat treatment, brazing, thermal spray, grit blasting, or blending operations.\nCNC or robotic programming experience.\nAbility to read PLC logic and perform basic troubleshooting.\nLean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Green Belt certification.\nExperience working within AS9100 or other aerospace quality management systems.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.\nFrequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching throughout the workday.\nRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety
