Doing\nUse hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.\nPerform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.\nCross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.\nFollow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nMaintain compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and company safety requirements.\nSupport production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English.\nAbility to follow work instructions and standardized processes.\nStrong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nBasic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills\n\nNice to Have\nMechanical background.\nExperience using hand tools, power tools, gauges, or measuring equipment.\nPrevious manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.\nFrequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching throughout the workday.\nRegular lifting and movement of materials up to 30 pounds.\nRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety
