Work 36 hours, get paid for 40. \n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing \nLead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals \nAssign, prioritize, and execute daily and weekly production schedules \nCoordinate with Production Control, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and other departments to meet customer commitments \nEnsure materials, supplies, equipment, and staffing are available to support production plans \nInterpret specifications, blueprints, routing instructions, and job orders for employees \nEnsure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and company requirements \nMaintain and improve 5S, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards \nTrain, coach, mentor, and develop employees to build capability and performance \nManage employee performance, attendance, accountability, and development \nPartner with Human Resources on employee relations, corrective actions, and talent development \nAnalyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions \nDrive Lean, continuous improvement, and productivity initiatives \nMonitor production metrics and communicate performance results to leadership \nMaintain accurate production, labor, and operational records \nSupport customer requirements, audits, and delivery commitments \nParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning activities \n\nWhat We’re Looking For \nAssociate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience \n3+ years of manufacturing experience;
