The position serves as the single point of accountability across Sales, Supply Chain, manufacture and repair operations to ensure customer commitments and business financial performance objectives are met.\nPrimary Accountabilities: \n\nProgram Ownership\nOwn CCP, USM, and repair programs from commercial handoff through execution and close-out.\nAct as the single-threaded program leader, coordinating cross-functional execution and issue resolution.\nEnsure program scope, schedule, cost, and margin objectives are achieved.\nCommercial & Material Strategy\nEvaluate incoming material and assemblies to determine optimal disposition, including:\nRepair\nExchange\nHarvest\nResale or scrap\nApply market-based valuation logic considering demand, repair economics, lead time, and yield.\nSupport pricing strategy development for CCP, USM, and repaired material in alignment with market conditions.\nRepair Program Management\nDefine and manage repair induction strategy and prioritization.\nCoordinate with Engineering and Operations to ensure repair scopes support commercial and delivery commitments.\nMonitor repair performance, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.\nFinancial & Performance Management\nOwn program-level financial performance, including revenue, margin, and inventory exposure.\nDevelop forecasts for material demand, repair throughput, and program cost.\nPartner with Finance to support inventory valuation inputs and margin analysis.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Interface\nServe as the primary customer contact for CCP, USM, and repair programs.\nProvide clear, proactive communication on program status, risks, and commercial impacts.\nSupport Sales during proposal development, negotiations, and customer reviews.\n\nKey Interfaces:\nSales\nEngineering\nSupply Chain & Procurement\nOperations\nFinance\nQuality & Compliance\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.\nAdvanced degree preferred.\n\nExperience\nMinimum 8 years’ experience in industrial or aero-derivative gas turbines, MRO, parts, repairs, or aftermarket services.\nDemonstrated experience managing USM, repairs, or material-intensive programs.\nFamiliarity with mid-frame IGT platforms and/or LM-series gas turbines strongly preferred.\nProven ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational trade-offs.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong commercial and financial acumen\nStructured program management capability\nAsset lifecycle and value-based decision making\nCross-functional leadership without direct authority\nAdvanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel\nClear, executive-level communication skills","description_format":"text","description_chars":3365,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":8,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Stock Exchanges & Market Infrastructure"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T21:21:36Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Graduate Trainee, Senior or Specialist Worker, Skilled Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Graduate Trainee;
