What you do here has real-world impact—every day.\n\nShift: 2nd Monday-Friday 1PM-9PM\nShift Differential: $2/hr\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nPerform final inspection, receiving inspection, and in-process quality verification activities.\nInspect products, materials, and components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.\nUtilize precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify dimensional and visual requirements.\nReview and interpret quality standards, sampling plans, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.\nRecord, evaluate, and report inspection and quality data.\nIdentify, document, and communicate nonconforming conditions.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts and recommend quality or process improvements when appropriate.\nMaintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.\nFollow established quality procedures, safety requirements, and standard work practices.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.\nAt least 1 year of aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or related industry experience.\nDimensional and visual inspection experience on aviation, aerospace, aircraft, powerplant, avionics, or related equipment preferred.\nAbility to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, and inspection requirements.\nExperience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify nonconforming conditions.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, email, and other Windows-based applications.\nNAS-410 visual acuity certification or ability to meet certification requirements\nAbility to accurately record and analyze inspection results.\nCommitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.\n\nNice to Have\nAssociate degree in an aviation-related field.\nFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.\nExperience in aerospace manufacturing, MRO, or aviation quality inspection environments.\nFamiliarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nManufacturing and inspection environment with exposure to production activities and aircraft or aerospace components.\nRegular standing, walking, reaching, handling parts, and performing detailed inspection work.\nAbility to use precision measuring tools and computer systems throughout the shift.\nClose vision, color recognition, depth perception, and focus adjustment required for inspection activities.\nRequired to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in production
