Identify, develop and implement tooling/equipment improvements. \nLead project teams working on new designs, repairs, and process enhancements.\nUtilize project management skills to drive successful outcomes within technical, budgetary, and schedule requirements.\nEngage with the Chromalloy Engineering team to develop new parts, repairs, and cutting-edge technologies.\nImplement innovative methods that positively impact business metrics.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nAssociate's degree is preferred\n5+ years of experience programming in the Aerospace or Industrial gas turbine engine mechanical design discipline \n3D CAD Modeling and CAM Programming (Siemens NX Preferred)\nExperience with Multi-Axis Milling and Grinding.
