As a people leader, you'll play a key role in developing talent, improving processes, and delivering results that help keep aircraft flying safely around the world.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead a team of 3-5 engineers and manage task execution, schedules, capacity, and contingency planning.\nLead new product introduction, yield improvement, and rework reduction projects.\nSet team priorities aligned with company goals and technical trends.\nCollaborate across Engineering teams to share and implement best practices.\nPartner with internal customers, program teams, Repair, and Manufacturing Cells to align and implement product and process needs.\nMonitor team performance using MOS tools and uphold MOS standards.\nManage resources and budgets, and communicate project status and business impact to leadership.\nDrive continuous improvement, Operational Excellence, and 5S principles.\nEnsure compliance with IPM/QPM and ISO 9000 requirements.\nDevelop team capabilities through coaching, training, and clear communication.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Aerospace, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 6 years of experience in aerospace or industrial gas turbine manufacturing or component repair.\nExperience developing or supporting manual or CNC machining, fabrication, and heat treat processes.\nPrevious supervisory experience.\nDetailed knowledge of gas turbine component manufacturing or repair processes.\nAbility to develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, resource needs, and timelines.\n\nLeadership Expectations and Values\nModel the Way -
