world.\n\nLocation: Phoenix, AZ\nTravel: Occasional travel required\nSchedule: On-site \n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign, develop, and implement tooling and manufacturing solutions that support aerospace component production and repair.\nOwn technical aspects of tooling projects from initial concept through manufacturing and production support.\nCreate and maintain 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using NX.\nDevelop, validate, and support CNC programs used in tooling development and fabrication.\nCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to deliver tooling solutions that meet customer and business requirements.\nPerform reverse engineering activities using dimensional inspection, 3D scanning, and other measurement technologies.\nApply Design for Manufacturability principles to improve tooling performance, usability, and efficiency.\nEvaluate tooling costs, support project planning activities, and manage project schedules.\nSupport manufacturing operations through troubleshooting, process improvements, and technical problem solving.\nReview engineering work, provide technical guidance, and mentor less experienced engineers.\nPresent technical findings, project updates, and tooling solutions to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent engineering experience.\n5+ years of experience in manufacturing design, tooling development, and reverse engineering.\nStrong CAD/CAM experience, preferably with NX.\nExperience supporting CNC manufacturing processes and CAM programming.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.\nExperience using measurement technologies such as CMMs, optical scanning systems, and precision gaging.\nStrong understanding of 3D modeling, drawing creation, and tooling design principles.\nExcellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting gas turbine or aerospace manufacturing processes.\nKnowledge of casting, machining, and aerospace component repair processes.\nExperience with additive manufacturing technologies and tooling applications.\nKnowledge of FAA requirements and aerospace regulatory guidelines.\nAdvanced experience with 3D scanning and reverse engineering software.\nExperience managing engineering programs, schedules, and budgets.\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nWork is performed in both office and manufacturing environments with exposure to production equipment, machinery, and industrial processes.\nRegular interaction with production areas repair operations is required.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout manufacturing facilities for extended periods.\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.\nMust be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety policies and
