As a quality leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, improving processes, developing talent, and delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.\nShift: 10:00am-7:00pm\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead daily quality assurance and inspection activities to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.\nSupervise, coach, and develop quality inspectors and technicians to drive performance and accountability.\nServe as the primary quality interface with customers, regulatory authorities, and external auditors.Maintain and oversee the site's Quality Management System and associated procedures.\nEnsure compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements and applicable aerospace regulatory standards.\nManage the Repair Station Manual, Quality Manual, and controlled documentation systems.Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nDrive root cause analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality performance enhancements.\nMaintain systems for traceable records, controlled materials, and regulatory documentation.\nPartner with Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes.\nMonitor key quality metrics and implement actions to improve product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.\nEnsure employee training and qualification requirements are completed and maintained.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n5+ years of Quality Assurance experience within aerospace manufacturing or an FAA-regulated repair environment.\n2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.\nStrong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audit management.\nExperience developing, implementing, and maintaining quality processes and procedures.Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working cross-functionally to resolve quality and operational challenges.\nAbility to interpret technical documentation, specifications, and regulatory requirements.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management systems.\nCommitment to safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.\nNice to HaveFAA Part 145 Repair Station experience.\nAerospace manufacturing or component repair experience.\nLean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.\nSix Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.\nExperience interfacing with FAA representatives and regulatory agencies.\nExperience leading customer audits, regulatory
