As a supplier quality leader, you'll play a key role in strengthening supplier capability, reducing risk, improving performance, and delivering results that help keep aircraft flying safely around the world.\n\nLocation: Any US Chromalloy location \nTravel: Approximately 30-50% domestic and international travel to supplier and Chromalloy sites\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nBuild, implement, and continuously improve an enterprise supplier quality program for ECRS and PARTS suppliers.\nCreate a risk-based supplier segmentation model using part criticality, regulatory requirements, special processes, accreditation, escapes, performance, single-source exposure, and counterfeit risk.\nOwn governance of the enterprise approved supplier list, including approval scope, supplier status, qualification, requalification, and disqualification requirements.\nLead supplier audits, source inspections, first article reviews, special-process assessments, and performance-based surveillance.\nEstablish supplier scorecards and executive-level reporting for quality, delivery, responsiveness, audit results, corrective-action effectiveness, and overall risk.\nLead containment, root cause, corrective action, effectiveness verification, and escalation for systemic or high-risk supplier issues.\nIntegrate FAA, EASA, CAAC, AS9100, AS9120, NADCAP, customer, and counterfeit-parts prevention requirements into standardized supplier controls.\nServe as the business process owner for supplier quality workflows in ComplianceQuest, including risk scores, audits, escapes, corrective actions, and dashboards.\nStandardize procedures, forms, audit criteria, data practices, and escalation processes across Chromalloy sites.\nCoach and mentor supplier quality engineers, buyers, auditors, and site quality leaders while influencing suppliers and internal partners across the enterprise.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.\n10+ years of experience in aerospace quality, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or regulatory compliance.\n5+ years of leadership or program-management experience in aerospace manufacturing, MRO, repair station, PMA, or supply-chain environments.\nExperience building or leading risk-based supplier qualification, audit, surveillance, and performance-management programs.\nHands-on experience with special processes, first article inspection, supplier corrective action, counterfeit-parts prevention, and approved supplier controls.\nWorking knowledge of FAA Parts 21 and 145, with experience supporting EASA, CAAC, or other aviation authority requirements.\nAbility to influence across sites and functions, communicate with senior leaders, and make disciplined decisions when supplier risk is high.\n\nNice to Have\nMaster's degree in a related field.\nASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Supplier Quality Professional, or equivalent certification.\nAS9100 and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent continuous-improvement certification.\nNADCAP audit, special-process accreditation, or supplier-development experience.\nExperience implementing supplier-quality processes in ComplianceQuest or a comparable enterprise
