$500\n\nWhat You’ll Own:\nPerform TIG welding, including welding in an inert chamber\nWeld parts to manufacturing specifications with consistent quality\nRead and understand blueprints and work instructions\nPrep parts using grit blasting and other surface prep methods\nFollow safe machine practices at all times\nUse standard shop and welding materials correctly\nInspect your own work using handheld measuring tools\nMaintain safety and housekeeping standards in your area\nFollow the Quality Control Manual (QCM)\nWork within ISO / Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements\nComply with Company RSM and all health, safety, and environmental policies\nSupport continuous improvement and lean initiatives\nWork with integrity and follow the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards\nMaintain regular and reliable attendance\nHelp out with other shop tasks as needed\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nPrevious welding experience in a manufacturing environment\nAble to read and write in English\nAble to follow written and verbal instructions\nComfortable using basic measuring tools\nAble to work independently or as part of a team\nWilling and able to pass job-related testing\n\nCertifications/Requirements:\nAbility to become certified to AWS-D17.1\nMust pass applicable vision testing, if
