Honoring a commitment to quality materials and timeless design, CHROME HEARTS® now has thirty+ stores across North America, Europe, and Asia, and can be found in the most exclusive boutiques around the world.\nSUMMARY/OBJECTIVE\nThe primary responsibility of this Unarmed Security Guard role is to ensure the safety and security of the property, its occupants, and guests by providing a visible presence, patrolling the premises, escorting guests, and performing security checks.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nMonitor assigned posts, ensuring a visible presence to deter potential security threats.\nMaintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.\nRegularly walk the perimeter of the property to identify and address potential security risks.\nEnsure all entry points are secure and report any irregularities.\nWatch over parking lots to ensure the safety of vehicles and guests.\nAddress any suspicious behavior or unauthorized activities within parking areas.\nEscort guests to different buildings within the property, ensuring their safety and providing assistance as needed. \nProvide directions and support to guests, fostering a secure and welcoming environment.\nCheck in guests, verify identification for non-VIP guests, and ensure they have proper authorization to enter the premises. Ensure all employees and guests are wearing/displaying badges while on campus.\nMaintain accurate records of guest check-ins and report any discrepancies.\nUnlock buildings and ensure secure access for authorized personnel and guests.\nConduct routine checks to confirm that buildings are properly secured after hours.\nMonitor a closed-circuit television for potential issues.\nApprehend or expel persons engaging in improper conduct, suspicious or criminal acts.\nRespond promptly to emergency situations by contacting the appropriate local emergency personnel for medical and building emergencies.\nCooperate with police and other law enforcement agencies in necessary situations.\nProvide accurate and detailed information to support investigations and security operations.\nPrepare and submit detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.\nReceive, store and log CH merchandise given to Security for pick up. Give said merchandise to authorized person after verifying identity.\nCommunicate effectively with the security team and management about any security concerns or incidents.\nServe as a team lead for Contract Security Guards.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTraining in security or law enforcement preferred.\nBaton Permit / Pepper Spray Experience / Taser Experience (Preferred)\nMust be available to work all shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.\nProven experience as an armed security guard or in a related field.\nOutstanding personal character, integrity, and professional demeanor\nSelf-Starter with initiative and ability to follow protocol and chain of command\nStrong observational and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nAbility to remain calm and professional in stressful situations and de-escalate disputes and/or conflict(s).\nPhysical fitness to perform patrols and handle potential confrontations.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nKnowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft
