We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, results-oriented, Manager to join our Client Solutions team to help scale our client implementations program. Importantly, this role will be one of Chronograph’s first team members located in the United Kingdom, and there will be significant opportunities to help build and scale an international presence from our London offices.\nYou will work closely with internal project teams and client stakeholders to ensure our clients have a seamless onboarding experience, during client implementations. This position will report to the General Manager, EMEA while working across the entire Client Management division globally.\nIn addition to client engagement, the Implementation team coordinates closely across the organization and with executive leadership to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to the client experience. Chronograph offers an entrepreneurial environment where you will be able to proactively identify opportunities to develop and strengthen our client implementation function. \nAs a Manager on the Implementation team, you will:\nLead client implementation processes and initiatives\nHost discovery sessions to understand client requirements and navigate the ideal configuration path\nProduce flawless client deliverables to facilitate communication around complex project requirements\nDocument organizational processes and initiatives both internal to Chronograph and within client implementations\nAct as a client support resource during client onboarding owning client communications and deliverables\nCoordinate with clients to align on agenda topics for weekly calls - using judgement and encouraging a focused track through to project completion \nDiscuss, implement and document client implementation choices and decisions\nCreate and update client project plans tracking project milestone progress\nUphold Chronograph brand standards & values in every client interaction\nYou will be successful in this role if you have:\nBachelor’s degree with four (4+) years’ of experience in professional services environment, ideally consulting, investment banking, private equity, technology client success, or similar\nDemonstrated excellence producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated and exacting client base\nA problem solving mindset\nExperience with project management and skill in managing both internal and external stakeholders toward a successful implementation\nSuperb (written and verbal) communication skills\nExcellent organizational strategies\nWillingness to travel occasionally\nEntrepreneurial mindset and attitude.
