Other responsibilities include scheduling grain movement, plant maintenance, supervise team members, oversee and manage grain quality and make recommendations to improve safety. Apply today!\nResponsibilities\nDirect operational activities according to divisional objectives to provide patrons with prompt, courteous and effective service while maintain the efficiently necessary to achieve a maximum margin of profit\nPromote communication and adequate information flow within the organization\nProvide training and clear job assignments, correct deficient performance and effective reward and develop all employees\nEvaluate and make recommendations to improve existing programs of housekeeping, safety and equipment maintenance to avoid breakdowns and limit safety hazards. Maintain all related record keeping logs.\nEvaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to management.\nMaintain record keeping logs on all facility equipment\nAccountable for location safety practices and upkeeping all safety records\nMonitor condition and maintain quality of inventory.\nAbility to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed.\nMinimum Qualifications (required)\nHigh School diploma or GED\n2+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations\nAdditional Qualifications\nAbility to work additional hours and weekends to meet business demands\nValid Class A CDL preferred or ability to obtain one\nAgriculture background preferred\nCustomer service experience\nCHS offers a competitive total rewards package.
