This position will strengthen analytical capabilities, provide financial and decision support to enterprise-wide go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and help drive volume and margin growth opportunities across the CHS enterprise. The individual must have strong data, systems and analytical skills, project management skills, and be comfortable working in a matrixed organization. This role will partner with CHS’ go-to-market (GTM) business and leadership team. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with analytical expertise, helping customer-facing teams make informed decisions to meet volume, margin and customer objectives. The role will report to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, Enterprise Customer Development.\nThis is a hybrid position based in Inver Grove Heights, MN.\nResponsibilities\nExecute GTM and FP&A analytical projects\nPartner with BI teams to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and scalable datasets\nStandardize KPI reporting and performance visibility across GTM leadership teams\nAutomate manual reporting and improve data reliability\nTranslate evolving business needs into repeatable analytics solutions\nSupport GTM initiatives by tracking volume and margin growth opportunities across businesses\nDevelop GTM reports to enable tracking of sales and margin optimization opportunities for our wholesale and retail operations\nDeliver reporting to provide actionable insights and drive more favorable mix of focus products across the company\nSupport ad hoc initiatives aligned with GTM FP&A objectives\nMinimum Qualifications (required)\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field\n4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Planning and Analysis\nAdditional Qualifications\nPower BI, SQL, SAC, advanced Excel, data analysis and visualization\nDAX, Power Query, Power Automate, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Fabric and data warehousing concepts\nCombines strong technical capability with financial and commercial acumen\nCan move from raw data to clear business recommendations\nEnjoys dashboard development, problem-solving and process automation\nBuilds credibility with both business and technical stakeholders\nProficient in MS Office suite\nStrong financial budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills\nExperience in developing and use of financial dashboards, modeling and reporting\nExcellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously\nAbility to build external and internal relationships in order to effectively and creatively solve problems\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written\nCPA or MBA preferred\nPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
