You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and connect with mentors, industry experts and senior leaders, while gaining career insights, building relationships and exploring how CHS businesses work together to empower agriculture.\nCHS is seeking anEnterprise Content Analytics & Solutions Intern that will support the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team in maximizing the value of the OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) platform. This role offers hands-on experience working with enterprise content management, analytics, business process automation, reporting, and document management solutions used across multiple business functions.\nThe intern will collaborate with platform engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to develop analytics, improve user adoption, and support the design and implementation of innovative content management solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics that measure platform usage, adoption, and business value.\nAnalyze user activity, login trends, document usage patterns, and solution utilization across the OpenText xECM platform.\nCreate metrics and reporting that provide insight into user engagement, operational effectiveness, and content lifecycle management.\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop custom analytics solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve user adoption, streamline business processes, and increase platform value.\nAssist in the design, testing, implementation, and documentation of document management and workflow solutions.\nSupport platform operational activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nTranslate technical and operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.\nParticipate in project meetings, planning sessions, and solution reviews.\nDocument processes, procedures, and solution designs for knowledge sharing and future support.\nMinimum Qualifications (required)\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.\nAdditional Qualifications\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development.\nFamiliarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Python, or similar analytics tools is preferred.\nUnderstanding of software development concepts and enterprise applications.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nInterest in content management, business process automation, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology.\nExperience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.\nExposure to document management systems, workflow platforms, or enterprise applications.\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies.\nFamiliarity with databases, APIs, or systems integration concepts.\nCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
