At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture.\nSummary\nCHS Inc. has an exciting opportunity at our Laurel, MT refinery for an Environmental Engineer Intern for the Summer of 2027. The successful applicant will work with our Environmental staff to enhance regulatory compliance programs associated with all of the governmental acts and programs.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in gathering process data and analyzing for report submittal to regulatory agencies.\nWork with environmental staff to implement environmental tracking and reporting systems.\nWork closely with environmental staff and operations on a variety of regulatory matters.\nFollow and adhere to all safety training and company practices.\nWear appropriate personal protective equipment, including respirators.\nMinimum Qualifications (required)\nCompletion of your Sophomore or Junior year in Environmental Engineering, in an accredited program with a cumulative GPA of 2.6 or better.\nAdditional Qualifications\nA cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.\nPrevious internship or work experience in the oil and gas industry.\nCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
