You will work extensively with Ag Retail Cooperative Customers to ensure they are provided with the highest level of service and information possible. You must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. We offer competitive pay, a dynamic learning environment, and long-term growth opportunities. The internship can start as early as Spring 2027, depending on business needs and your availability, and extend through the summer.\nResponsibilities\nControl and monitor all loadout functions \nUnderstand and operate automatic scale / dump systems \nBlend product as prescribed and generate blends \nWork with patrons in a courteous and professional manner \nMonitor and maintain quality of inventory and blended products \nLoad and unload product from trucks \nOperate heavy equipment as needed \nPerform all job functions as needed to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent customer service \nConduct regular house cleaning duties, processes, and keeping records \nFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements \nPerform other duties as needed or assigned \nMinimum Qualifications (required)\nCurrently enrolled in Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program \nProficient with Microsoft Office Software. \nAdditional Qualifications\nAgriculture experience or background knowledge helpful. \nPrevious internship experience helpful, but not required. \nCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
