At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture.\nSummary\nCHS Devils Lake is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Hannaford, ND. In this role, you will work primarily in the grading office, collecting grain samples, conducting moisture tests, operating probing equipment, and helping ensure grain quality standards are met. You'll also support daily inventory and administrative activities that keep operations running smoothly. CHS is willing to train the right candidate and is looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.\nResponsibilities\nCollect grain samples and perform grading activities to ensure commodities meet quality and regulatory standards.\n\nOperate probing equipment, conduct moisture testing, and maintain accurate grading and inventory records.\n\nSupport daily inventory control processes and assist with grain receiving and shipment activities.\n\nUtilize computer systems to process transactions, coordinate truck loading activities, and complete administrative tasks.\n\nAssist with train grading and other operational functions as needed to support efficient facility operations.\n\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.\n\nCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate inventory management and smooth workflow execution.\n\nParticipate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge of grain grading, inventory management, and facility operations.\n\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications (required)\n 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Inventory Analysis\n High School diploma or GED \n Additional Qualifications\nWork extended hours to meet business demands\nPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
