As an IT Infrastructure Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work with and learn from multiple IT disciplines, including:\nNetwork Infrastructure:\nAssist with network documentation and inventory activities.\nLearn the fundamentals of networking and connectivity services.\nObserve and support infrastructure upgrades and site implementation activities.\nIT Project Management & Service Delivery:\nPartner with project managers and infrastructure teams to understand how technology solutions move from idea to implementation.\nParticipate in project planning, documentation, status reporting, and coordination activities.\nGain exposure to Agile and project management methodologies used to deliver enterprise technology services.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with infrastructure engineers, business analysts, project managers, and support teams.\nAssist with documentation, process mapping, and technology inventories.\nParticipate in meetings related to infrastructure projects and operational initiatives.\nHelp coordinate testing, deployments, and technology rollouts.\nResearch and present recommendations on emerging technologies and process improvements.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts that enhance service delivery and customer experience.\nBuild relationships with internal customers and technology partners across the organization.\nMinimum Qualifications (required)\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, or a related field.\nAdditional Qualifications\nStrong curiosity about how enterprise technology systems work together.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 technologies is a plus.\nCHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
